Weekend Cooking School

A weekend cooking school is the easiest to schedule for your church, as I only travel one week per month, or two weekends. My presentations involve:

• Giving the Sabbath sermon entitled "Calling You Back" where I share my personal testimony and a song.

• Sabbath afternoon/early evening I give a lecture called "Your Body's Many Cries for Water". I bring a water tester and test samples of your drinking water along with giving information and answers to many confusing questions regarding the use of water. Overhead projector, VCR equipment & sm. table needed.

• Sunday from 1 - 4 p.m. I present a cooking school. The class includes a lecture, cooking demonstration and five food samples. The cost of the school is $25.00 per person. This fee is fixed and checks should be made out to Taste of Health Ministries. People wishing to attend the class must pre-register by Saturday evening with their check. VCR equipment needed.

Fees

For the weekend, my requirements are:

• Airfare or $0.30/mile if driving and gasoline
• Motel for Friday and Saturday night (Sun. if no flight available)
• $20.00/day for food
• 50 person minimum pre-registered for class
• A car is NOT necessary if you wish to appoint a driver
• Reimbursement for cooking school groceries & handouts (the cost is approximately $120.00 depending on class size)
  

Helpers for the Cooking School

• Someone to run the registration table by signing people in and giving out handouts. Would also sell cookbooks.
• Someone to set up the chairs and tables (Sat.night)
• One kitchen helper before the class & three clean-up helpers.
